HOW WE TACKLED THE BRIEF GIVEN TO US
Brief
DPO Solutions, is a national cyber security firm providing consultant services to Irish firms.
The requirements from this business were to create a technology site which would showcase featured services with case studies and high quality infographics along with industry analysis articles in a blog.
We were also asked to create a site logo, setup SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), contact forms, social media pages (Youtube, Facebook and Linkedin), analytics to measure site visitors and a Google pay per click campaign with branding assets and keywords.

Planning
After the intial discussion we drew up a detailed project plan which we laid out the complete design, publication and advertising process. The master project plan covered the following areas with individual tasks, resources and timelines.
Results
The project was successfully published in 9 weeks. Over 30 blogs were published in the blog section and the main services with case studies and infographics were published in the services section.
Despite the fact that the subject matter was competing in a highly competitve market place against multinational consultancy firms, the owner managed to secure 4 lucrative engagements after the first 6 weeks of site publication.
The owner has expressed a desire to expand operations with overseas targeting in the US in the next year.
