They asked me to draw up a proposal with hours required, topics and availability to deliver services. Availability was important as the staff were very busy during normal trading hours.
Result:

We provided 3 in-person training sessions to both trainees on Saturday mornings.
Training module 1: was 3 hours and covered basic monthly maintenance tasks like plugin/theme file updates, plugin license checks, webspace checks, login history, SSL cert checks, hacking checks, Google search console checks and more.
Training module 2: was 2 hours and covered content changes for pages, posts and eCommerce products. It included correct image formatting, sourcing images, page versioning, plugin installation, content backups & restore process and more.
Training module 3: was 2 hours and covered Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). This included on page and off page optmisation techniques. Monitoring Google Analytics, basic keyword research, image optimisation and competitor analysis
